The right cutting method for complex concrete and structural cutting.
KEENOVA supplies wire sawing, wall sawing, core drilling and diamond tooling for reinforced concrete, bridges, industrial plants and demolition projects — selected around the material, structure, machine and site conditions.
Construction cutting is a different discipline from quarry cutting. The material is unpredictable, the reinforcement is dense, access is restricted and the cut often has to be made without weakening what remains. We match the method — wire sawing, wall sawing or core drilling — to the structure, then specify the equipment and diamond tooling to suit it.
The project types this solution is built around. If your job is close to this list but not on it, ask us anyway — it is usually a method question rather than a product one.
Cutting sections where concrete and dense reinforcement have to be severed in the same pass.
Deck, span and pier sections on bridges, including structural modification work.
Openings, removals and section cuts made without weakening what remains.
Dismantling furnaces, foundations and heavy plant structures — often where hot cutting is not permitted.
Controlled removal of walls, slabs and foundations on demolition projects.
Thick pours, deep walls and mass concrete beyond what a blade can reach.
Door and window openings, service penetrations and utility holes.
Confined, elevated or irregular structures where a standard saw cannot be set up.
Application photographs from construction and demolition cutting jobs — wire sawing, wall sawing and steel-structure cutting.
Wire sawing, wall sawing and core drilling are the cutting methods. Diamond tooling is the layer that supports them — and it can be supplied on its own.
For deep cuts, thick sections and anywhere a blade cannot reach. The wire cuts concrete and reinforcement in the same pass, which is why it is used where the section is large and heavily reinforced.
For track-mounted cutting where the cut line is straight, the depth is moderate and the blade can reach the wall. It is the practical choice for openings and section removal.
For holes rather than cuts — services, anchors and penetrations drilled cleanly through reinforced concrete, without cutting away more of the structure than the services need.
The tooling layer behind every method: the wire, blade or bit that actually does the cutting, matched to the material and to the machine driving it.
If you already have the cutting equipment, KEENOVA can also supply application-matched diamond wire, blades, core bits and other diamond tooling separately.
Diamond Tools →Four steps, in this order. The order is what makes the answer useful rather than a catalog.
Material, structure, dimensions, reinforcement, access, site conditions and production requirements.
Wire sawing, wall sawing, core drilling or another suitable method for the section and for the access you have.
Machine, diamond wire, blade, core bit, power supply and supporting equipment, matched to each other rather than ordered piece by piece.
Specification, sourcing, order coordination and technical follow-up through to delivery.
We select equipment and tooling according to the material, cutting method, section size, machine power and site conditions rather than offering a fixed package.
Equipment, diamond tooling and supporting components, selected for the application.
Machine, power system and accessories.
Diamond wire, blades, core bits and grinding tools.
Equipment and tooling selected around the specific application and its quantities.
Beyond individual products, KEENOVA can coordinate equipment and tooling from different Chinese manufacturers when a project needs a complete or customized supply package — China Sourcing & Supply. For stone and quarry applications, see Quarry Equipment.
Documented construction and industrial cutting jobs, with the application, method and tooling that were used.

Four things that change the outcome on a cutting project.
Machines, diamond wire, blades, core bits and supporting equipment coordinated from one source, so the parts of the cutting system match each other.
Recommendations follow from the material, the section, the machine power and the site conditions — not from what happens to be in stock.
Direct access to equipment and tooling manufacturers across China's supply chain, for standard items and for custom requirements.
Specification, option comparison, sourcing, order coordination and follow-up after delivery.

Wire sawing is chosen where the cut is deep, the section is large, the reinforcement is dense or a blade cannot reach the cut line. Wall sawing is usually the better fit for straight openings and wall or floor cuts where a track-mounted blade has access. If both methods could work on your section, we will say which one costs less to run.
Yes. Tell us the machine power, wire length, the material and the reinforcement you are cutting, and we will specify the wire to suit it. Wire can be supplied on its own, without a machine order.
Yes — that is how most construction cutting orders are supplied, because the machine, the wire or blade and the power supply have to match each other. Supplying them together also means one specification and one point of responsibility.
Yes. If you already have the machines, we supply application-matched diamond wire, blades, core bits and grinding tools as a standalone order.
The material and its reinforcement, the cutting dimensions and depth, the machine and power you have or plan to buy, how many cuts are involved, and the site access and location. Photos or drawings help more than a long description — there is a short checklist further up this page.
Yes. We supply customers in the USA, Canada, Brazil, Australia, Europe, Asia and Africa, and coordinate export documentation, consolidation and shipping from China.
Yes — cutting concrete and reinforcement in the same pass is one reason wire is chosen for heavily reinforced sections. The wire still has to be matched to the aggregate and to how much steel is in the cut, or the beads wear unevenly.
Tell us what you need to cut. We will review the application and recommend a suitable cutting method, equipment and diamond tooling.
