1. Who we are

This website is operated by Xiamen Keenova Tooltec Co., Ltd. (“KEENOVA”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in the People’s Republic of China with its office at HUI Yuan Building, No. 318 Zhonglinli, Haicang District, Xiamen, Fujian, China.

2. What we collect

We only receive personal information you choose to give us. In practice this means:

• Information you send through the inquiry form — your name, company, country, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, and the details you enter about your material, machine, application and requirement.
• Information you send by email or message — anything you include when you write to us directly, including attachments such as drawings, photographs or specifications.
• Standard web-server log data — the page requested, the time of the request, the IP address and the browser type, recorded by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.

3. What we do not do

• We do not run third-party analytics, advertising or tracking scripts on this website.
• We do not set advertising or profiling cookies, and we do not build behavioral profiles of visitors.
• We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.

4. How the inquiry form works

The inquiry form on this website does not post your answers to a database on our server. When you press Send Inquiry, the form prepares an email message in your own email client, addressed to us and containing what you entered. Nothing reaches us until you send that message yourself.

If your device has no email client configured the button will not work — in that case please write to robin@keenovatool.com directly, or contact us on WhatsApp.

5. How we use your information

• To answer your inquiry and recommend a specification, machine or tool.
• To prepare quotations, drawings, datasheets and order documentation.
• To coordinate with suppliers, inspection partners and freight forwarders where this is necessary to fulfil a request you have made.
• To keep a record of orders, shipments and after-sales support.
• To meet legal, accounting, customs and export obligations.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not use it to send you marketing you did not ask for. If you receive a product update from us it is because you requested one, and every message tells you how to stop it.

6. When we share information

We share personal information only where it is needed to do the job you asked for, and only to the extent required:

• Suppliers and manufacturers — the specification, quantity and delivery details needed to quote for or produce your order.
• Logistics and inspection partners — the contact and delivery information needed to inspect, consolidate and ship goods.
• Professional advisers and authorities — where we are legally required to disclose, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

We do not authorize any of these parties to use your information for their own marketing.

7. International transfers

We are based in China and work with customers worldwide. If you contact us from outside China, your information will be transferred to and processed in China. Where a supplier or logistics partner is located in another country, the minimum information needed to complete your order may be shared with that party. We take reasonable steps to ensure that anyone who receives your information treats it with the same care we do.

8. How long we keep it

• Inquiries that do not lead to an order — kept while we are in discussion with you, then for a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick the conversation up if you return, and then deleted.
• Order, shipping and accounting records — kept for as long as applicable commercial, tax and customs rules require.
• Server log data — kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting, then discarded.

9. Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including restricting access to the staff who need it and handling documents and drawings securely. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; if you believe information you gave us has been compromised, please tell us immediately.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• ask what personal information we hold about you, and receive a copy;
• ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• ask us to delete information we no longer need;
• object to, or ask us to restrict, certain processing;
• withdraw a consent you previously gave;
• complain to your local data-protection authority.

To exercise any of these, email robin@keenovatool.com. We will respond within a reasonable period and may ask you to confirm your identity first. We will retain records we are legally required to keep even if you ask for deletion.

11. Children

This website is intended for business and professional use. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in how we work or in the law. The version published on this page is the current one, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes appear here before they take effect.
