The failure mode in quarry wire sawing is not a lack of peak power — it is the wire slowing down in the cut. Once the wire stops cutting and starts rubbing, the beads polish and wire life collapses. Reserve power is what prevents that.
Step up to the 75kW PM machine only where the block size and stone hardness justify it. On sites with limited power supply the 55kW machine is often the better real-world choice.
